What do you do with all that leftover frosting???

As a baker there are some things that are inevitable...

1. You will have leftover cake

2. You will have leftover frosting, usually a spoonful or two of a color

3. Your family does not get cake made for them very often

The other day I went into my fridge that I keep all my cakes and leftover frosting and realized that I didn't have anymore room. It was filled with all different sized Tupperware containers filled with frosting in every color in the rainbow. So I decided to make my kids a cake to use some of it up. It isn't my most beautiful cake ever, but it sure does taste good and the kids loved it.
